After gaining a Bachelors in Business Administration Degree from University of Denver, Cik Adlina began her career in corporate banking at Ban Hin Lee Bank before pursuing law in the UK, where she graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberyswyth, UK (previously University of Wales, Aberystwyth) and was called to the Bar of Gray’s Inn, London.

She joined M/s Chin Eng & Co. in 1995 and now serves as Managing Partner of our Shah Alam branch.

Her practice covers conveyancing, civil litigation, and corporate advisory work for banks, financial institutions, and major corporations. A certified mediator with the Malaysian Mediation Centre since 2000, she also contributes to the legal profession as a Committee Member of the Selangor Bar Conveyancing Committee.

Beyond legal practice, she is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Farlim Group (Malaysia) Bhd and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM).
